Ingredients Of Suji Dhokla Recipe

  • 1 Cup Suji
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sour curd
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Rai
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies (slit)
  • Coriander
  • Coconut

Suji Dhokla Recipe Step By Step

  1. To start making the suji dhokla recipe, we will first roast the suji (semolina).
  2. In a walk, you can not get a slightly grilled taste until dry roasted semolina(suji). Be careful for about 3 to 4 minutes on the medium heat in kadai, dry suji is not brown. Once roasted, transfer to a large mixing bowl and keep one side.
